What are the processing and delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days .
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days , depending on the destination and carrier.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Currently, We ship across Canada, the United States, and the UK.
How many styles can I create with a MALGVEN cape?
Each Malgven cape is reversible and can be worn in more than 10 different ways, allowing you to create multiple styles with a single piece.
What fabric is the cape made of?
Our capes are made from a carefully selected fabric chosen for its softness, warmth and quality, ensuring lasting comfort.
They are made primarily of polyester, chosen for its strength, durability and ease of care.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt , provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Is the cape suitable for winter weather?

However, they are not intended for extremely low temperatures and are ideal for urban use or moderately cold weather.
How do I care for my cape?
We recommenddry cleaningor agentle wash in cold water, following the care instructions on the product label, to preserve the material and shape of the cape.
Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
